Bob is one of the founders of Property Advisory Group, Inc.  and Cathedral Development Group, Inc. and its related companies.  Bob has over 40 years of combined Banking and Real Estate experience. He began his Real Estate career in 1973 through syndicating affordable housing projects for developers.  In the 1980’s he continued to broaden his experience when he started developing affordable and other forms of real estate projects.

Bob continues to provide direction to the acquisition and development staff for our related entities through his continued involvement in the business. He continually challenges the acquisition and development staff to leverage their collective experience in real estate development, debt financing, syndication of tax credit equity, construction management and real estate law in searching and executing on new opportunities. Utilizing this diverse experience this team has acquired over 3,000 units for the company's portfolio.

Bob is a 1966 graduate of Brown University and a 1968 graduate of Columbia University, with a Master of Business Administration. While at Brown, he was a two time All American hockey player and was also a member of the 1968 U.S. Olympic Hockey Team.

After graduating from college, Rob played five years in the National Hockey League (NHL) and retired after the 1996-1997 season.

After his retirement from professional hockey he joined the family Real Estate firm and was one of the founders of Cathedral Development Group, Inc.  Rob continues to build on his 15 plus years experience in Real Estate industry as the President of Cathedral Development Group, Inc. where he has direct oversight of the acquisition and development function of our companies.  This oversight includes managing the portfolio to ensure debt maturities are managed according to contractual terms, continuously reviewing new opportunities to grow the portfolio, retain current properties and divest assets appropriately. 

Under his direction the acquisition and development staff has grown to include 6 full time professionals with extensive experience in real estate development, debt financing, syndication of tax credit equity, construction management (including a full time architect) and real estate law. 

Rob holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from Providence College.

Arthur Kramer

Arthur has over 40 years of experience in multiple aspects of the real estate industry.  He is one of the founding partners of Cathedral Development Group, Inc.(CDG).  CDG and related entities have acquired and either developed or redeveloped over 2,000 affordable and market rate apartment homes and over 750,000 square feet of retail/office properties.

Prior to CDG, Arthur’s experience included being a Senior Auditor and Tax Specialist with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Company (primarily in the real estate field) and Treasurer and Senior Vice President for over 15 years at Picerne Real Estate Group, Inc. in Warwick, RI (a private company with portfolio holdings across the US that have included over 13,000 multi-family housing units and 1,500,000 square feet of commercial, retail and office space).  While at Picerne his responsibilities included acquisitions, debt and equity financing, syndications, long and short term financial planning and supervision over the management and construction divisions. 

Arthur holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Rhode Island and a Master of Science in accounting from the Northeastern University Graduate School of Professional Accounting.

Mario Olivelli

Mario has been with Property Advisory Group for over 9 years focusing on projects in the areas of affordable multifamily projects, luxury condominiums and commercial properties across the US.  His responsibilities include review of property site selection, preparation of the architectural design program, construction budgeting and contract administration as well as various other duties.

Prior to joining the company, Mario brought over 20 years of experience in the architectural, corporate interior architecture and construction management industries.  This experience has included over 300 projects valued at $200M including: multifamily apartments, condominiums, corporate offices, casinos, commercial and educational facilities. He has built and developed several luxury single family homes as well as served as a consultant to professional design firms.  His prior experience also includes being the general manager of a regional (North East US) casework corporation and principal of an architectural design/construction management firm.

Mario holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Texas.Mario continues to stay on top of industry developments through participation in conferences and seminars covering topics such as: Sustainable Building technologies, LIHTC and historic tax credits for developers.

Lisa Beckett

Lisa Beckett has been with Cathedral Development Group, Inc. for over twelve years.  Her main focus is in the acquisition and development of affordable housing properties as well as managing the current properties in the company’s existing portfolio.

Her responsibilities include the financial analysis and underwriting of new and existing properties, negotiating tax credit equity with investors and the negotiation of lender requirements for each deal. She remains involved through the construction phase of properties being rehabilitated to ensure that project budgets are met and all lender and equity requirements are satisfied and maintained. 

Prior to joining Cathedral Development Group, Inc., Lisa was the CFO for a RI based construction and property management company for over 8 years. 

Lisa attended the Community College of Rhode Island studying Accounting and Finance.  Lisa continues to stay on top of industry developments through her participation in conferences and seminars covering topics in the affordable housing and tax credit industry.

Jonathan Bentz (Jon)

Jonathan joined the company to expand the company’s presence in the Western Region of the US, specifically in Colorado and Arizona.  Jonathan comes to PAG with more than 17 years of Risk Management, Corporate Finance and Project Management experience in various companies that range in size from mid-size privately held companies to Fortune 500 public companies.  His experience has grown through progressive roles, beginning with a credit analyst role in a National bank to Director level positions in corporate finance and risk management at a Fortune 500 company.  Immediately prior to joining the company, in his most recent position he developed and implemented the key processes, analysis tools and systems to manage a credit portfolio of over $900M and 1,800 merchants at a top 10 national credit card processing company located in Colorado.

Jonathan has been a resident of Denver for the past 15 years.

Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Ithaca College.
