Cathedral Square II Apartments (CSA II) is adjacent to CSA I in downtown Providence. CSA II was chosen to receive a grant from Rhode Island Housing and the US Department of Energy to install Energy Conservation Measures (ECM) including a new high efficiency gas fired mechanical system, electrical and water saving devices. These measures should provide the residents with a more energy efficient place to live and should also reduce utility costs. In addition to the residential units the building also contains approximately 4,000 square feet of commercial office space.

Applicants must meet the Low Income Housing Tax Credit guidelines and residents pay 30% of their adjusted gross income for rent.
